i hear that there is a new club at 184 kent in williamsburg that people are just calling "checks cashed" because the owner hasn't taken down any of the original awnings out front. apparently there were like 300 people there last friday and not one mention on google! for shame. anyway the owner is making (made?) a big wooden patio to cover the parking lot out back and apparently it's kind of awesome.
