The Kaiser Chiefs have one good song? WTF? I'd say at least half the songs on "Employment" are solid.

If you want to talk one-hit-wonders, however, I'd start with Tom Vek. Props for doing it all himself in his garage or whatever, but having heard his album (the import one) and SXSW showcase, I'd say a lot of his repertoire is weak. Most of his songs are indistinguishable from one another.
